Improv for teams that work face to face
Miami runs on service. Hotels, restaurants, cruise lines, real estate firms, banks and agencies all depend on people who are in front of clients all day, and those conversations rarely go to plan.
Improv is practice for the unplanned. Teams learn to read the person in front of them, stay positive when something goes wrong, and turn a complaint into a real conversation. Because it's a game, people try new approaches without a real customer watching.
We've brought improv training to South Florida before, including a workshop for the scare actors at The Haunt, where performers react to every guest in real time.
