One of the teams at Cru reached out to us to do a teambuilding as part of their annual get together. Most of the team works remote and as part of their time together they wanted to do some improv. The new team lead had done improv before and was familiar with the connection and ensemble that can come from doing improv activities together. We put together a 2 hour session that included games and activities that met the goals of the group. They wanted connection, trust, and a better understanding of each other. The team at Cru was very happy wit the results and we were delighted to work with them. Everyone was down to try new things and challenge themselves and that made all the difference!
Align Org Solutions
The team at Align Org Solutions brought all 40 of their facilitators together for a week long retreat to sunny Orlando! The company’s goals were to build the listening skills of the team. I was nervous facilitating for a room of facilitators but we had a great time and I was delighted by the charisma and quick thinking that came from literally everyone. The session ended on one of the hardest exercises in our repertoire, “21”, which they tackled with a level of listening and support you can only get from a solid team! Leadership was happy with the results and all goals were met!
